Accommodations & Design

The hotel's architectural design is a direct copy of a Greek temple, with a five-story-high TV wall in the atrium. Each room offers a private balcony or terrace, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with hairdryer. Guests receive a wristband that doubles as a room key and cashless payment device, and room cleaning is provided daily.

Dining & Bars

The buffet restaurant serves breakfast and dinner daily, with themed South American or Canarian dinners offered once a week. An à la carte restaurant called The One provides a menu-based meal and is available to guests booking the Esencia package or after a certain stay length. Drinks include branded spirits and cocktails at the Lyon Bar and a roof terrace bar, with table service during evening entertainment.

Wellness & Spa

The on-site spa offers massage services, sauna, hammam, and a relaxation area, with a 90-minute session available for €20. A fitness center with fitness classes and yoga is open to guests. Three outdoor swimming pools include one heated in winter, all with sun loungers and umbrellas provided.
